Last year you helped me raise over £12,000 in Ramadan to feed hungry school children. This Ramadan, I want to support school children in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sudan. Your donations will help provide daily school meals for children who live in some of the poorest areas of the world. The money we raise together like 9-year-old Mifta in Bangladesh, who alongside her studies, has to work to support her family. Charity Rights feeding programme allows her to concentrate on her studies by providing her with nutritious meals and brings her one step closer to achieving her dreams. Working with Charity Right for this unique project through the holy month of Ramadan enables us to reflect on the blessings Allah SWT has bestowed upon us, where we are fortunate enough to eat whenever we want. Yet, others live a life where they are unsure of when they will have their next meal. As a Trustee of this Charity, the cause and the beneficiaries are very close to my heart.
