National lockdown means children and their parents have no opportunity to work or even beg to feed themselves.
Just a single donation of £20 can help us safely distribute an emergency family food pack that will allow a family of 4 to survive for a whole month
So make a difference today. We know the future is uncertain and we know you must look after your loved ones but just a few clicks or taps on your phones will save lives.
How we are currently responding
Pakistan
Our teams have started to distribute food to the vulnerable families who have little or no means of sourcing their next meal.
Food packs to 1000 families in the deserts of Tharparkar have already been completed. Our focus now is families living in the cities who are most affected
------------------------------------------
Bangladesh
Our teams have started to distribute food in the slums of Dhaka. Over 1 million people live in the slums most of whom are labourers working on daily wages. Food is being distributed to families with young children and families who send their children to a Charity Right school. This enables to us to continue to support children we have been supporting for the last few years.
------------------------------------------
Coxs Bazar, Bangladesh
We are continuing to provide food for 9 schools within the camps. The Charity Right team are based within the camps and are continuing to source locally for the schools. Our family food programme is also operating normally
